How does it work?

  1. Sign up as a Home Real Estate Corporation agent and you pay no brokerage fees
  2. You pay 7% of your commission for each transaction. 1% of the commission is paid to your “Up Line” allowing for a steady income once you have brought in a few realtors to HRECorp.
  3. There are no franchise fees and no desk fees.
  4. Training and advise from our experienced and knowledgeable Brokers
  5. Front desk centre, open 7 days a week (Monday to Fridays 9am to 8pm, Saturdays 10am to 6pm and Sundays 12pm to 4pm)
  6. Commission is directly deposited into your account
  7. Your own page on our website with your listings and bio
  8. Access to our affiliates such as real estate lawyers, custom home builders, virtual tour photographer, house inspectors, etc.
